UK Nationwide Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95 per order, with FREE delivery on orders over £95.00

Ready-Made & In-Stock Items

Usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Bespoke & Commissioned Pieces

Please allow approximately 10-14 working days for your piece to be created and dispatched. We’ll let you know if your commission is likely to take longer.

Please note that dispatch times are estimates and do not include delivery time.

Couriers & Tracking

We primarily use Royal Mail, although other trusted couriers may be used depending on the requirements of your order.

Tracking information will be provided for all UK deliveries, where available.

Sustainable Packaging

Giving Boxes a Second Life!

Sustainability is at the heart of Pallets & Pellets. Just as we give recycled and reclaimed materials a new purpose in our products, we aim to do the same with our packaging.

Wherever possible, we reuse boxes and protective packaging to reduce unnecessary waste.

Your items will still be presented with their Pallets & Pellets branded sleeve or hang tag, but the outer packaging may be unbranded pr carry another company’s branding - so don’t be surprised if an old Amazon box turns up at your door!

Rest assured, your order will always be carefully and securely packaged.
